aurora undertakes to deliver the product to the address indicated by the Customer in the shipping data form. In order to optimize delivery, aurora suggests the Customer to indicate an address to which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

15 days (international)

aurora will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the Customer in the shipping data form does not correspond to reality, or when some data have been omitted.

-Purchases made in Colombia with international shipping addresses are subject to shipping cost charges.
– aurora is not responsible for additional charges at the customs of the respective countries, when shipments are international.
– It is not possible to make purchases within Colombia for international shipments, if it is your case and you want the shipment to be made abroad, you must assume the cost of the garment in U.S. dollars.
